Ron is the Portfolio Manager of Doliver’s Closed End Fund Strategy. After graduating from Rice University, Ron joined IBM and began work on ground-based computer systems at NASA. During his 17-year career, Ron directed programmer staffs for the Apollo space program. Ron always had a passion for investing and began applying his extensive knowledge of computer-based analytics to the investment markets. Ron derived the core belief that the financial markets are overall very efficient but identified a market niche within the pricing inefficiencies of closed-end funds. As a result, Doliver was founded in 1988 and has been capitalizing on the pricing inefficiencies of closed-end funds ever since.
